Holocaust Survivor Charles Ticho Recounts Family’s Miraculous Story

The Brith Sholom Life & Legacy Society Committee is very pleased to invite the community to our special spring event on Sunday, May 3rd at 11 a.m. Please join us for a presentation and discussion led by Holocaust Survivor Mr. Charles Ticho entitled “Benito Mussolini Saved My Life.” Mr. Ticho will share the story of his family’s miraculous rescue and the significance of the Holocaust Torah Scroll which was entrusted to Congregation Brith Sholom for display and safe keeping 15 years ago.
The talk is open to the public at no charge beginning at 11 a.m. A brunch starting at 10 a.m. will be held for members of Congregation Brith Sholom’s Life and Legacy Society – a separate invitation with RSVP information will be sent to members.
